Elevate began in 2016 with a simple hope: to create a space where people could move, explore, connect, and feel like they belonged.
Over the last 10 years, that hope has become so much more than a studio. It has become early arrivals and post-class conversations. First inversions, brave beginnings, teacher trainings, showcases, friendships, laughter, hard seasons, big milestones, and countless moments of people showing up for themselves—and for one another.
Our commUNITY has shaped every chapter of Elevate. You have trusted us with your practice, shared your stories, invited your people in, celebrated alongside us, and helped us grow into who we are today.
As we prepare to move into a new space and begin our next chapter, we are carrying all of it with us: the memories, the lessons, the energy, and the people who made this place feel like home.
Elevate may have started with an idea, but it became what it is because of you.
This 10-year milestone is our opportunity to honor where we began, celebrate how far we have risen, and make room for everything still ahead.
This version feels personal because it includes the small, recognizable moments members actually associate with Elevate, without turning into a full timeline or overly sentimental essay.

There are so many to count! I would say one of my favs will always be when I would get a shape or skill that I was working on. For example, I will never forget how excited I was the first time I climbed the silk to the top; I loved all the support along the way from Jess and the others in the class and cherished the celebration when I reached it 💜
My favorite Elevate story goes back to the humble 2016 beginning… I knew way back then with definitive certainty the dynamic duo that is the two of you, would undoubtedly manifest your dream into the beautiful reality that we are experiencing today!!

Flipping into bound angle for the first time and yelling Holy Shit!
I found elevate by blindly booking a group class for my bachelorette party back in spring 2025. We had no idea what we were in for! We had a BLAST trying something new together and I immediately feel in love with it. Now a little over a year later, I just finished my 125th class <3
Met Amber at the pre-reopening in current location. Never done aerial before, after first class knew this was a good place. Continues to challenge and evolve, great diversity in teacher approach, couple hundred classes later the journey is the joy.
I miss it so much! Every experience was awakening yet fun. Everything from bingo challenges to Great Gatsby and Glow Flow nites to simply relearning to embrace play and channeling my inner child. If you were in Detroit, I’d be there in a heartbeat. Much love! <3 TJ
I still remember my first day as a student- I was terrified!!!! Amber had to adjust me in hip hang because it wasn't clicking in my brain. Now every time I teach foundations, I remember that moment and how clarifying it was!
