*Enrollment in and admission to Teacher Training programs requires completion and submission of an Enrollment Agreement and any other materials provided by Elevate Yoga & Wellness and acceptance into a program by Elevate Yoga & Wellness. We will provide you an Enrollment Agreement and any other materials in connection with your purchase of a program, all of which must be submitted in accordance with instructions provided by us. Discounts may not be combined. Lowest rate will be applied based on enrollment date and / or discount offer. Payment plan will be reflective of the balance due after deposit is paid based on date enrolled. Balance due must be paid in full prior to the end of the training program or certification period. Certification is only available for those that have prior YTT certifications and / or other physical fitness modalities (e.g., Pilates, Physical Therapy, etc.)
