Julie is a seasoned yoga teacher and Tarot card reader with extensive training and experience in a variety of yoga modalities. As a 500-hour RYT, she has also completed her 50-hour Aerial YTT and a 50-hour Aerial Yoga apprenticeship with Elevate. Additionally she has training and certifications in Prenatal, Chair, Yin, Nidra, Restorative and Flow styles of yoga.

Julie's passion for aerial yoga has allowed her to develop her skills and expertise in this unique practice, proving that at any age—anything is possible when you put your mind to it, and commit to doing the work. She is known for her ability to guide students of all levels through challenging poses with ease and grace.
