KIMBERLEE
Aerial Yoga Teacher
Kimberlee is a yoga teacher, activist, self-love advocate, and award-winning author. She discovered yoga more than 20 years ago when her grandmother handed her Robert Hittleman’s 28-Day Yoga Program. But her practice began in earnest in 2010 when she bought a 60-day unlimited package at a small studio near her job. At the time, she was a magazine editor, and despite living her dreams, she was stressed out, unhealthy and unhappy.
That 60-day pass became a gateway to a regular practice and the beginning of her journey as a yoga teacher. Kimberlee is a 600-hour certified yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2015. She has more than 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, grounded in Hatha Yoga with a strong focus on philosophy, core strength, and accessibility. In addition to teaching mat yoga, she is a 65-hour certified aerial yoga, and a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher as well.
At the heart of everything Kimberlee teaches is the invitation to show up and develop a deep love for yourself exactly as you are—nothing added, nothing taken away—starting with exploring the concepts on our mat and finding ways to take the practices out into the world.
