What to Expect
A Casual & Welcoming Atmosphere
Each meetup takes place in a relaxed and inviting environment—whether at the studio, a cozy coffee shop, or another favorite gathering spot. We’ll begin with introductions, where you can share your name, your favorite book or genre, and what brought you to the club.
Flexible & Member-Driven Structure
This book club is designed with your input in mind. Together, we’ll decide on:
How often to meet and the best times/locations.
Book or theme selection methods, like group voting or rotating genres.
The discussion format, including in-person chats, fun activities, or online participation via Zoom or group chats.
Even if you can’t join every session, flexible options ensure you can still be part of the experience!
Engaging Discussions & Activities
Every meetup will feature thoughtful conversations, with occasional icebreakers or activities to keep things lively. Things we're looking to explore this year:
Book Bingo: A lighthearted game to inspire future reading ideas.
Book Swap: Bring a beloved (or ready-to-part-with) book to exchange with others.
Whether you’ve read every page of the month’s book or just skimmed the first chapter, your voice is welcome. Have ideas or want to get involved in leading an activity. Let us know! This club is all about collaboration, fun and connection with one another.
How We Choose Books
Book or theme selection is a collaborative process. You’ll have the chance to:
Suggest books that inspire, challenge, or entertain.
Vote on themes like “Page-Turning Mysteries” or “Books That Inspire Growth.”
The goal is to choose stories that resonate with everyone, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience.
