Beginning April 6, we invite everyBODY and everyONE to join us in some #elevatedsocialdistancing and explore movement, mindfulness, and connection!
Our goal is not to simply take pretty pictures of the perfect "pose" for the 'gram. Rather, our hosts will give you daily guidance on different thangs to keep you motivated, moving, meditating and mindfully connected to commUNITY.
These are challenging times for all of us so why not engage in some fun and positive, social distancing!? No matter where you are, we encourage you to participate and remember one thing: consistency is the key to progress. And, progress is all we can ask for, never perfection!
