We are thrilled to announce a fantastic new feature that will make your experience even better. Our booking system, Momence, now allows guest passes to be included directly with your membership in the mobile app! This means you no longer need to submit a request through us to book your guests (formerly called buddy passes). Let’s dive into how this new feature works and how it can simplify your booking process.
Why This Change Matters
We understand how important it is to easily bring guests along to enjoy our facilities and activities. With this update, you can now seamlessly manage guest passes from the convenience of your mobile device. No more waiting for approval—just a few taps and you're all set! This change is designed to save you time and effort, making it easier than ever to share the benefits of your membership with friends and family.
About Guests Passes
Before we dive into the new steps for booking your guests, let’s review the guest pass benefits available with your membership. The number of guest passes you receive depends on your membership level:
Casual Member: 30% off guest passes
Frequent Member: 1 guest pass per month + 30% off additional guest passes
VIP Member: 2 guest passes per month + 30% off additional guest passes
The important deets...
Guest passes do not roll over
Guest passes are for students new to the studio only
30% off for guests is not limited students new to the studio
New guest passes will be automatically issued each month
Pre-requisites may be in place (see FAQ for more information)
Have a guest that wants to come regularly? Refer them over so we can get them set up on a membership that works best for them (you'll get some referral credits once they sign up too). In the mobile app click Refer & Earn and once they sign up for a membership, you'll automatically be issued a $10 credit.
Want to bring a guest using your 30% off? Submit your request via the guest pass form here. Be sure to plan ahead and always request your booking at least 3-days in advance. If a request is submitted less than 3-days in advance, we can't guarantee we'll be able to book your guest.
How to Book a Guest Pass in Momence
Follow these simple steps to book a guest pass directly through the Momence mobile app (download here: App Store | Google Play). You can also book guests using a guest pass via a browser by visiting the schedule and logging into your account.
Access the schedule by clicking on "Classes"
Navigate to the class you'd like to bring a guest to
Click 'Book Now'
Click 'Bring Someone Else'
Enter your guest's information
Click 'Add'

Can I bring the same guest more than once with my guest pass?
No. The guest passes are intended for you to share with friends and family that that are new to the studio. If you have a guest that wants to come more often, refer them! As a member, your guests receive a discount on a trial and you get rewarded when they join you as a member.
