Center & Reset With Us
This weekly class is designed to help you calm your mind, center your body, and reset for the week ahead. Each session blends a variety of soothing practices—restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, yin yoga, and more. These practices are meant to create a space for deep relaxation, leaving you feeling peaceful and clear-headed as you approach Monday.
*Self Care Sundays are included in memberships.
